This project was an 117,872 square foot expansion onto the owner’s existing commissary facility. In addition to the first floor, a 12,814 SF mezzanine was included in this large expansion. The building was constructed of insulated metal panels with a structural steel shell and pre-cast wall panels at the loading docks and mechanical/utility room.

The Dahl Express Used Car Super Center was completed in an aggressive 8-months and included a new 30,101 square foot addition and total remodel. The design is about guest experience with large showroom and outdoor lot to display over 100 used cars. Part of the express service portion are 4-lube pits to handle oil changes with no appointments, a superior detail center, and 2 advanced soft touch car wash lanes. The service area itself is 5,500 square feet with 8 service bays.
