The 14,000 square foot addition is comprised of a worship area with stage, fellowship areas, bathrooms, storage and general use space.

This 107,000 square foot four (4) story structure features apartments with underground parking. There is also first floor commercial space. First floor also houses a new People's Food Co-op, built at the same time as apartments.

This 136 room, five (5) story Holiday Inn Express & Suites building is wood frame construction. The interior will feature a pool room that will include an indoor pool, spa & children’s pool. Additional guest amenities include a fitness room, market area & guest laundry.

The Go Macro Facility consists of a 19,200 square foot building addition that was constructed of pre-engineered metal building components with architectural metal wall panels and a standing seam metal roof.

The 10,065 square foot Altra Federal Credit Union flagship office was built with a modern, unique look utilizing cutting-edge technology. The branch has a complex design featuring many angles, tall ceilings, rounded walls and exposed wood trusses.

This project was an 117,872 square foot expansion onto the owner’s existing commissary facility. In addition to the first floor, a 12,814 SF mezzanine was included in this large expansion. The building was constructed of insulated metal panels with a structural steel shell and pre-cast wall panels at the loading docks and mechanical/utility room.

La Crescent/Hokah Elementary School

The new $33,500,000 Rushford-Peterson consists of a 170,000 square foot early childhood-12th grade school, including 2 gymnasiums, an auditorium, fitness rooms, wrestling room, agricultural lab, woods & metal shop, and music rooms.

The Viroqua Food Co-op project, was a 8,850 square foot addition with an 8,500 square foot remodel of existing store. The project increased the capacity to better serve the growing customer base.

This project consisted of a design/build construction process including a 2,723 square foot addition and a complete gut and remodel of the existing 3,680 square foot building.

The new 5,600 square foot Credit Union in Tyler Texas is being built adjacent to the existing branch. which will remain fully operational throughout construction. Upon completion, the existing branch will be torn down and turned into a new parking lot.

The YMCA North expansion and construction was completed in an aggressive 10 month time frame.

After a major roof collapse the church went through an extensive renovation including a new roof on one third of the building to match the remaining two thirds of the building.

This 130,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building houses all types of dry grocery goods for distribution throughout a three state area. It includes a 10,000 square foot retail store with 5,000 square feet of office space. The office area is constructed out of insulated precast wall panels.

The La Crescent High School addition and renovations are currently underway and scheduled for completion Summer of 2021.

The 33,100 SF two story early childhood – 12th grade school is constructed of a structural steel and light gauge steel skeleton, steel and concrete second floor with an elevator for easy access.

The Dahl Express Used Car Super Center was completed in an aggressive 8-months and included a new 30,101 square foot addition and total remodel. The design is about guest experience with large showroom and outdoor lot to display over 100 used cars. Part of the express service portion are 4-lube pits to handle oil changes with no appointments, a superior detail center, and 2 advanced soft touch car wash lanes. The service area itself is 5,500 square feet with 8 service bays.

The Gundersen Logistics Facility job was a phased remodel project that consisted of renovations to an existing two story office space, façade improvements, loading dock addition, warehouse improvements, carport addition, interior addition of 2nd floor mezzanine and 1st floor pharmacy interior build out, and site work.

Wieser Brothers has been the general contractor for four (4) additions onto the Kwik Trip Distribution Center.
