The Go Macro Facility consists of a 19,200 square foot building addition that was constructed of pre-engineered metal building components with architectural metal wall panels and a standing seam metal roof.

The 10,065 square foot Altra Federal Credit Union flagship office was built with a modern, unique look utilizing cutting-edge technology. The branch has a complex design featuring many angles, tall ceilings, rounded walls and exposed wood trusses.

The Viroqua Food Co-op project, was a 8,850 square foot addition with an 8,500 square foot remodel of existing store. The project increased the capacity to better serve the growing customer base.

This project consisted of a design/build construction process including a 2,723 square foot addition and a complete gut and remodel of the existing 3,680 square foot building.

The new 5,600 square foot Credit Union in Tyler Texas is being built adjacent to the existing branch. which will remain fully operational throughout construction. Upon completion, the existing branch will be torn down and turned into a new parking lot.

The Dahl Express Used Car Super Center was completed in an aggressive 8-months and included a new 30,101 square foot addition and total remodel. The design is about guest experience with large showroom and outdoor lot to display over 100 used cars. Part of the express service portion are 4-lube pits to handle oil changes with no appointments, a superior detail center, and 2 advanced soft touch car wash lanes. The service area itself is 5,500 square feet with 8 service bays.

The Ashley warehouse project included 157,000 square feet of warehouse space, 30,500 square feet dock paving, with 36 dock locations.

The Just Food Co-op project included a 12,050 square foot remodel of the existing store. The project was completed in 4 phases, allowing the co-op to remain fully operational throughout the duration of the project.

This 7,000 square foot complete remodel was finished in under two months. Remodel included a total demo of the interior: ceilings, flooring, walls, equipment, fixtures, and furnishings.

Elevated stained concrete curbs were built under all booths in bar area. An entire concrete slab at bar area was removed for new refrigerated soda and beer lines. Interior walls have a full height brick veneer with frosted glass windows separating bar and dining areas.

The Firefighter's Credit Union was a new building with 2 drive-through lanes, teller stations, large lobby, breakroom and office spaces. The bank has a vestibule and tower adding to the unique design and look of the building. This new location helped the credit union expand their offerings and services to the Onalaska area.

This 22,000 square foot facility was design/build. It houses Bobcat and Thermo King sales and service. It was designed with two separate entrances, so each could have its own identity.

This project consisted of a 5,700 square foot fire re-build of a neighborhood restaurant, including partial basement, bar, kitchen, and dining area.

Interior features include a custom built bar and a suspended gold tin ceiling with cornice trim.

This new 2,000 square foot restaurant included a wood framed structure with a drive-thru. The soil condition had to be corrected before construction of the new building could begin. The building is designed with a full kitchen and interior dining area.

Dahl Toyota was a 7-month project that consisted of a partial tear-down of current Toyota facility with a new 22,000 square foot addition and total remodel. The new building features an open salesroom concept, with indoor, temperature-controlled vehicle delivery bays, and new high-speed tech lifts that operate 10 times faster than industry standard. A large conference room was incorporated into the design to allow for area local non-profit organizations to use at no charge.

This design/build project is a new 18,450 square foot warehouse with loading docks and administrative offices.

The new state-of-the-art building 25,200 square foot building features 12 service bays, guest lounges, and car wash. The dealership uses many green technologies such as material recycling, electric vehicle charging station, and interior/exterior LED lights and occupancy sensors to reduce energy usage.

The Swing Bridge Pub is located within the La Crescent Area Events Center and conveniently attached to a 61 room Best Western Plus Hotel. The restaurant features a full dining room, bar, and kitchen. In addition, there is a patio for outdoor seating.

The upscale restaurant boasts local flare and design touches. Tall ceilings, brick, and beautiful accents make this restaurant cozy and unique.
