At Wieser Brothers, we prioritize thorough planning throughout our pre-construction. Our approach includes detailed assessments and strategic insights to ensure a solid foundation for your project.

Our Pre-Construction services include:

  • Post Construction Inspection

  • Punch List of all items to be completed

  • Ensure all the phases of work are completed at 100% satisfaction to the Owner

  • Conduct Owner Training of Mechanical Systems

  • Submit As-Built Plans, Operation/Maintenance Manual & Warranties to the Owner

  • Provide 11 Month Warranty Walk-Thru

  • We are here for the lifespan of the building
