Rushford-Peterson Early Childhood - 12 School
The new $33,500,000 Rushford-Peterson consists of a 170,000 square foot early childhood-12th grade school, including 2 gymnasiums, an auditorium, fitness rooms, wrestling room, agricultural lab, woods & metal shop, and music rooms.
La Crescent/Hokah High School
The La Crescent High School addition and renovations are currently underway and scheduled for completion Summer of 2021.
St. Martin's Lutheran School
The 33,100 SF two story early childhood – 12th grade school is constructed of a structural steel and light gauge steel skeleton, steel and concrete second floor with an elevator for easy access.
St. Patrick’s Grade School
This design/build project was a 4,600 square foot kindergarten and preschool classroom addition with a basement and remodel of the existing faculty lounge. Timing was critical to St. Patrick's Grade School.
Holy Family Educational Center
The 8,875 SF single story wood framed addition added four needed classrooms, a large music room, conference room and makerspace.
Crucifixion School
This project consisted of a three-story addition onto an existing school.
Western Technical College - Diesel Shop
The diesel technology center addition included 22,424 square feet of additional space and a remodel of 4,500 square feet.
Western Wisconsin Technical College - Coleman Center
The WTC Coleman job is a 2-phase renovation of a 3 story, 53,000 square foot building on the WTC campus. Wieser Brothers was hired to complete the first phase of this project which involved demolition of all interior floor finishes, wall partitions, ceilings, exterior windows and building entrances.
Western Wisconsin Technical College - Kumm Center
This project was in the basement, starting with the removal of all finishes down to the existing structure. New walls and finishes were provided, coordinating with an operating kitchen on the same floor.
Western Technical College - Integrated Tech Building
The integrated technology center is a $40,000,000 addition remodel/addition onto existing campus. The project consists of a 2 story vertical addition to existing 2 story building, totaling 26,000 square foot per floor.
