Specialty Foods Distribution
This 130,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building houses all types of dry grocery goods for distribution throughout a three state area. It includes a 10,000 square foot retail store with 5,000 square feet of office space. The office area is constructed out of insulated precast wall panels.
Gundersen Logistics Facility
The Gundersen Logistics Facility job was a phased remodel project that consisted of renovations to an existing two story office space, façade improvements, loading dock addition, warehouse improvements, carport addition, interior addition of 2nd floor mezzanine and 1st floor pharmacy interior build out, and site work.
Kwik Trip Distribution Center
Wieser Brothers has been the general contractor for four (4) additions onto the Kwik Trip Distribution Center.
Pepsi Cola
When a tornado swept through the La Crosse area, Pepsi-Cola of La Crosse suffered extensive damage to their facility. Wieser Brothers was able to complete the demolition and rebuilding of the 45,000 square foot new construction (19,500 S.F. warehouse rebuild and 25,500 S.F. office rebuild) while Pepsi continued their day-to-day operations inside.
Ashley Furniture Distribution Center
The Ashley Furniture e-commerce Distribution Center has a building footprint of 430,120 square feet, 4,875 square foot 2nd floor office space, and a 70,425 square foot storage mezzanine for a building total of 500,279 square feet (9.87 acres).
Peterbilt - La Crosse
This 30,000 square foot facility was completed in a 7 month time frame.
Peterbilt - Rochester
This 29,700 square foot facility was completed in six months in conjunction with a quarter mile of road to access the site.
Kwik Trip Truck Shop
The Kwik Trip Truck Maintenance Shop is a new $6,000,000 facility. The project consists of 57,500 square feet including 9,400 square feet on the second floor.
Advanced Fiber Products
This fiberglass manufacturing facility involved the construction of a new 56,000 square foot building with 5,500 square feet of office area and a mezzanine above.
Furniture Mart
The 150,000 square foot pre-engineered building serves as Furniture Mart’s distribution center.
Vernon Electric Cooperative
This newly constructed facility in Westby, WI has 15,000 square feet of office space, 15,000 square feet of warehouse, and 20,000 square feet of vehicle storage for a total of 50,000 square feet.
Tri-County Electric Corporation
This project consisted of a 78,300 square foot office, shop, and maintenance facility.
Westby Creamery Distribution Center
This project was a new building consisting of refrigerated storage and office space. The warehouse was constructed of structural steel framing and insulated metal wall panels. The office was constructed using pre-engineered steel. The site layout and building was designed to accommodate a future 50,000 square foot production facility.
Unimin Corporation Frac Sand Mine
The Unimin Tunnel City Concrete Foundation project consists of a 101,400 square foot process facility which includes two (2) sloped drain slabs, a wet process area, a drying area, a screening area, and a rail load out facility. Over 13,000 cubic yards of concrete, 1,057 tons of reinforcing steel, and 2,400 lineal feet of trench drains were used to construct the cast-in-place structural concrete foundations. Wieser Brothers completed the project in the projected 6 month time frame.
Hawkeye Electric Cooperative
This project was a 53,723 square foot facility attached to an existing pole shed. The garage, shop, and maintenance portion of the building is 39,168 square feet and is made of precast walls. The office portion is 14,555 square feet and is constructed out of masonry.
