The project is a 17,306 square foot wood framed building with twenty (20) 1 bedroom units. One unit is structured for vision and hearing impaired. The building is staffed 24 hours a day.

This project consisted of a 1,260 square foot total remodel. The building was demoed down to four (4) walls and a roof. The remodel included masonry and stucco combination for the exterior. The interior received the newest franchise finish specifications.

Organic Valley Phoenix Building

The Phoenix project was the result of a fire in the Organic Valley Headquarters building which occurred in May 2013. Reconstructing the headquarters in three separate phases; Café Area, Central Section and Western Section, allowed Organic Valley to continue with their daily operations while still permitting the rebuild of the facility to progress quickly. The new building offers open-concept office spaces, an impressive conference room and training areas, a well-equipped fitness center and a newly expanded mechanical system utilizing chilled beam technology allowing for a fully functional facility while maintaining Organic Valley’s innovative corporate culture.

Westby Creamery Distribution Center

This project was a new building consisting of refrigerated storage and office space. The warehouse was constructed of structural steel framing and insulated metal wall panels. The office was constructed using pre-engineered steel. The site layout and building was designed to accommodate a future 50,000 square foot production facility.

This build-out was designed with an exterior patio that includes a sun screen along the exterior of the building. The interior has an exposed polished concrete floor with an exposed ceiling structure. Its unique lighting accents much of the interior décor.

This project was a 20,200 square foot meat processing addition consisting of a freezer, cooler, and dock area. The building is constructed of structural steel, insulated metal wall panels, and pre-cast concrete. The office area consisted of a break room, individual offices and a gown area.

Unimin Corporation Frac Sand Mine

The Unimin Tunnel City Concrete Foundation project consists of a 101,400 square foot process facility which includes two (2) sloped drain slabs, a wet process area, a drying area, a screening area, and a rail load out facility. Over 13,000 cubic yards of concrete, 1,057 tons of reinforcing steel, and 2,400 lineal feet of trench drains were used to construct the cast-in-place structural concrete foundations. Wieser Brothers completed the project in the projected 6 month time frame.
