Kwik Trip Kitchens
This project was an 117,872 square foot expansion onto the owner’s existing commissary facility. In addition to the first floor, a 12,814 SF mezzanine was included in this large expansion. The building was constructed of insulated metal panels with a structural steel shell and pre-cast wall panels at the loading docks and mechanical/utility room.
Prarie Farms
This project included a 55,000 square foot cheese production addition to existing plant. The building addition consisted of a 21,000 square foot process room, 17,000 square foot cooler/cold dock, and a 17,000 square foot warm room warehouse to store cheese.
Kwik Trip South Sweets
This project was a 31,600 square foot rebuild of the existing production facility constructed of insulated metal panels with a structural steel shell.
Kwik Trip Bakery/Bread-Bun Line Facility
The new Kwik Trip Bakery/Bread-Bun Line facility is a 226,670 square foot building constructed of pre-cast panels and insulated metal panels with a structural steel shell.
Kwik Trip Dairy
This design/build project of almost 100,000 square foot was done in a four phase process to keep the customer fully operational during construction.
Lorentz Meats
This project was a 20,200 square foot meat processing addition consisting of a freezer, cooler, and dock area. The building is constructed of structural steel, insulated metal wall panels, and pre-cast concrete. The office area consisted of a break room, individual offices and a gown area.
