This design/build project of almost 100,000 square foot was done in a four phase process to keep the customer fully operational during construction.

The project included a new ice cream production facility, ice cream freezer, blow mold process room, filler room, batch rooms and milk intake.

The most challenging part of the project was working in such close proximity to all the food production processes all while doing major construction.
