This project was a 53,723 square foot facility attached to an existing pole shed. The garage, shop, and maintenance portion of the building is 39,168 square feet and is made of precast walls. The office portion is 14,555 square feet and is constructed out of masonry.

The Verve Credit Union was a new 2700 square foot building with drive-through canopy, lobby, and office space. The location was built with unique, modern architecture and high vaulted ceilings.
