Creating an allergy friendly environment that was still an inviting atmosphere for clients was a high priority in the design and details of this 10,300 square foot facility.

The Allergy Associates building consisted of a series of exam and treatment rooms as well as a full lab. The project was completed in an aggressive 6-month timeframe. Most building products are specified to be manufactured within 500 miles of the project.

Wieser Brothers kept the building allergy friendly by using a blend of green building materials and techniques; including polished concrete floors, low-emitting materials, energy efficient systems, and green tinted windows.
