This 5-story, 278,144 square foot building consists of 112 independent living units, 36 assisted living, and 33 memory care units.   In addition, there is a large underground parking lot for residents and staff.

The upscale design/build project was completed in an impressive 18 month schedule.  Amenities include a center courtyard, botanical garden, club lounge, activity studio, library, spa rooms, hair salon, and fishing dock.

Special consideration was taken for residents living in adjacent facility and maintaining a safe work zone in a busy neighborhood.
