Cowgill Dental

Terry Cowgill D.D.S. came to Wieser Brothers when he had outgrown his built-out space in Midwest Prairie Development and was ready to construct his own office building.

Cowgill Dental is a design/build 5,300 square foot, state-of-the-art dental clinic with a masonry exterior and EIFS above the windows.

Cowgill chose to go with a framed wood structure to give a softer look for his patients.

The finished project incorporated private patient exam rooms, physician offices, conference rooms, a consultation room, and laboratory. This project was built foreseeing future growth and is currently accommodating 4 dentists.
