Hiawatha Bluffs Living

The Hiawatha Bluffs Living project is a supportive housing project developed to assist individuals with mental illness. The project is a 17,306 square foot wood framed building with twenty (20) 1 bedroom units. One unit is structured for vision and hearing impaired. The building is staffed 24 hours a day.

In addition, Hiawatha Bluffs is built to green community standards, energy star 3.0 certified, and achieved 70% waste reduction. Amenities include: Community room with kitchen, 2 living/family rooms with gas fireplaces, on-site laundry, and office space for twelve (12) employees.
