Bluff Country Co-op

The Bluff Country Co-op project included a 5,484 square foot remodel of existing store along with another 5,454 addition in a rental portion of the building. The job was completed in 4 phases, allowing the co-op to remain operational.

Construction included major demo of existing space, including full removal of floor. The new space was built with an open structure concept, allowing for a wider, more inviting entrance, double doors,  automated entrances, and polished wood floors.

Store enhancements included a new educational classroom with stove range, expanded grocery and produce   areas with coolers, new customer service area, checkout lanes, coffee bar, seating area, locker rooms and restrooms.  Locally sourced ashwood decorative panels were used for exterior.
