Position: Project Foreman
Status: Full time
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Works closely with the architect/engineer.
- Review and approve employee time records for their jobsite daily.
- Work closely with jobsite Superintendent and Project Manager.
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of construction project.
- Ensure all drawings are up to date on the jobsite (including as-builts).
- Coordinate equipment, personnel and other trades daily.
- Properly fill out the required daily paperwork including: daily logs, jobsite inspections and any necessary work orders forms.
- Monitor and forecast resources.
- Responsible for all quality control on the jobsite. Needs to be able to identify any defective materials or workmanship issues. They need to have a high level of skill / experience with WB self perform and general knowledge of subcontractor.
- Jobsite housekeeping.
- Lift and equipment operation.
- Blueprint and spec reading.
- Is responsible to understand and promote Wieser Brothers Safety Program to create a safe work environment throughout the jobsite; adhere to the safety and record keeping requirements; integrate Wieser Brothers’ Safety Program in all site specific plans and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
Education and Experience:
- 3-5 years of field experience in similar field required.
