Wincraft

This 125,000 square foot high performance distribution center was completed in 7 months.  The building houses approximately 5,000 square feet of offices and amenities.  Half of the building is utilized for manufacturing, while the other half is for warehouse/distribution.  It is a pre-engineered building with a long bay joist and standing seam metal roof.
