University Falls East & West

This 24 unit student housing project was completed as two phases, East and West. The contracted estimate and amount of this project was a guaranteed maximum price of $4,000,000. Approximately 50% of the work was self-performed by Wieser Brothers. This (3) story building was wood framed and included a security system for student housing.
