Sanco Enterprises

This 22,000 square foot facility was design/build.  It houses Bobcat and Thermo King sales and service.  It was designed with two separate entrances, so each could have its own identity.

The building shell is a pre-engineered metal building with heated floors, wash bay, parts, and two sales counters.  The building also contains office space and rooms to accommodate employees.  The project was built in an short 5-month time-frame.
