Kwik Trip South Sweets

This project was a 31,600 square foot rebuild of the existing production facility constructed of insulated metal panels with a structural steel shell.

In addition to the rebuild of the production facility, this project included a new two-story, 4,656 square foot, mechanical/utility room constructed of pre-cast panels.

The production facility includes a state of the art pastry production line, strategically placed to maximize additional production lines.
