Kwik Trip Distribution Center

Wieser Brothers has been the general contractor for four (4) additions onto the Kwik Trip Distribution Center. These design/build projects include two (2) freezer/cooler additions and dock area, totaling over 145,000 sq. ft., two (2) dry storage additions totaling over 120,000 sq. ft. and numerous remodels within the facility. The total size of the distribution building is approximately 430,000 sq. ft.   Constructed out of precast concrete and insulated cooler panels with a structural steel roof, the freezer was designed to maintain a constant temperature of –18°.
