Holiday Inn Express

This 136 room, five (5) story Holiday Inn Express & Suites building is wood frame construction. The interior will feature a pool room that will include an indoor pool, spa & children’s pool. Additional guest amenities include a fitness room, market area & guest laundry.

Nearly half of the exterior façade will be stone veneer with the other portion being EIFS. The parking lot will extend around all sides of the building with a combination maintenance shed & dumpster enclosure in one corner. Since this site is large enough, a private drive will be constructed with the remaining areas subdivided for other developments.

This project is scheduled to be completed by December 2020.
