This 8,000 square foot facility was a needed medical option to the La Crescent community.

Focused on the green concept, a LEED Silver Rating was achieved through sustainable building principles, including: white membrane roof, storm water retention, green tinted windows, energy efficient lighting (natural), energy efficient HVAC system, superior indoor air quality, plus much more.

Along with building green, this facility offers 12 exam rooms, 1 procedure room, 1 lab, 1 radiology suite, 4 offices, 1 conference room, additional patient education rooms, and a lobby with clerestory lighting.
