Ground Round Grill & Bar

This 7,000 square foot complete remodel was finished in under two months. Remodel included a total demo of the interior: ceilings, flooring, walls, equipment, fixtures, and furnishings.

Elevated stained concrete curbs were built under all booths in bar area. An entire concrete slab at bar area was removed for new refrigerated soda and beer lines. Interior walls have a full height brick veneer with frosted glass windows separating bar and dining areas.

The kitchen updates included: new wall finishes, food service equipment, walk-in cooler/freezer, and new offices. All restrooms were renovated with tile walls, updated fixtures, and concrete vanities. In addition, new duct work, HVAC equipment, and sprinkler system were installed throughout the bar and restaurant.
