Fairfield Inn & Suites - Winona

The Fairfield Inn & Suites is a 97 room four (4) story building. The interior features a pool room which includes both an indoor pool  and spa.  A fitness room, market area and guest laundry are additional amenities. 

Construction type is wood framed. Exterior façade is comprised of mainly EIFS with some stone veneer accents at the front and back. Soil stabilizations were imperative during this project. The hotel also has an all concrete parking lot.
