Bakalars

This project consisted of 27,683 sq. ft. of both new and remodeled space. The addition included a freezer, cooler, cooled dock, warehouse, cut/grind room, formulation room, smoker room and package/palletizing room.

The building was constructed out of a structural steel shell with insulated metal panel walls and ceiling where required. The process rooms included urethane flooring to make the entire room a wash down area. This project was completed in seven months.
