The Ashley Furniture e-commerce Distribution Center has a building footprint of 430,120 square feet, 4,875 square foot 2nd floor office space, and a 70,425 square foot storage mezzanine for a building total of 500,279 square feet (9.87 acres). Tying on an adjacent warehouse building, a ramp was built to allow traffic between the two structures to accommodate the 5’ elevation change between the two buildings. 

Features include offices, customer pick-up area, drivers dispatch, drivers lounge with showers, employee breakroom, one passenger elevator, one 15,000 capacity freight elevator, and 47 loading docks.
