The 10,065 square foot Altra Federal Credit Union flagship office was built with a modern, unique look utilizing cutting-edge technology.  The branch has a complex design featuring many angles, tall ceilings, rounded walls and exposed wood trusses. Beautiful masonry and TeraMai reclaimed wood paneling, and Nichiha siding add to its appeal.  Unique features include biometric identification and integrated ATM machines, data center designed to withstand an F3 tornado and a hydronic HVAC system.  The end product was a market-changing building that continues to be instrumental in the growth in the       Rochester, MN area.
