Position: Carpenter
Location: La Crescent, MN (Minutes from La Crosse, WI)
Reports To: VP of Field Operations
Status: Full time

Job Tasks:
· Possess accuracy and consistently in craftsmanship.
· Able to read specs and blueprints.
· Able to forecast for materials, equipment and supply orders.
· Operate forklifts, man lifts, and other construction site equipment after obtaining certification.
· Able to cut, fasten and install materials in order to construct a building.
· Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim, or hardware, using carpenter's hand and power tools.
Position Skills and Qualifications:
· 1-4 years experience in similar Carpenter role.
· Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning.
